We are not responsible for errors by the Payment Processor. By utilizing the Services, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, in accordance with the applicable payment terms.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
- Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered.
- When a product order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by you, as long as such shipping address is compliant with the third party shipping restrictions.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied:
- Contact us within14 days of receiving your order at support@oliveavenuecandleco.com.
- Eligible items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Custom or sale items may not be eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
